Silicon Philosophies at IBC 2009
Visit us during IBC 2009 (HALL 7 - Stand 7.H09) for BD Workflow demonstrations and see how seamlessly CC-HDe integrates with HD Post Production and BD applications, as well as how efficiently it performs with industry-standard Servers and devices:
Resize Video MHP and BD-J
Here's a short description on how to resize your Video. I have tested this on several MHP Set-top Boxes as well as on BD Players.
Again there are two ways: via HVideoDevice and AWTVideoSizeControl.
BD-J Chapters
There are two ways (I've used) getting chapter information in BD-J. One is waiting for Events that are thrown when a new chapter ist reached, the other one is reading the actual chapter via PSR Values.
CC-HDe Version 1.08.03 out
Silicon Philosophies is pleased to announce the release of the CINEMA CRAFT HD Encoder (Ver. 1.08.03). Join us as we unveil our upcoming model during IBC 2009 (Hall 7 - Stand 7.H09). Incredibly fast, extremely sharp, 100% precise.
.... The best just keeps getting better & better!
PHP GD Imagefill
Moving websites to a different server can be very annoying. Here an especially nice error concerning the PHP graphics Library and the function imagefill.
Pure Audio Blu-ray Disc
high definition audio – surround and stereo – as simple as a CD – on every Blu-ray player.
BDRemote Application
Many BD Players on the market can not be controlled via RS232.
This situation might change in the near future but if you need a programmable remote solution now and don't want to buy a new player, there might be a solution.
Remote control via Ethernet.
Downloading Open Movies
Open movies are a great resource to for testing and comparing encoders. We are also using these Movies as material on our Demo Disc. Downloading the sourcefiles can be tricky when provided only as seperate png files. That's why I created a small download script.
